At FlightHub we believe in supporting our community!

Since 2016 we’ve partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters West Island (BBBSWI), funding mentorship programs for at-risk youth. You’d be hard-pressed to find a worthier organization to work with or a more rewarding cause. It can be hard to navigate the world of non-profits, both in finding the right cause and in establishing trust.

Flighthub and BBBSWI clicked from the start. By choosing to work with their local branch, we’ve been able to build a deeper connection and see the impact of our contributions in an immediate way. The BBBSWI team has demonstrated incredible dedication and hard work. Flighthub’s contributions this year allowed them to reach out to thirty-six at-risk youth, as well as maintain ongoing relationships with one hundred and thirty-five program participants. That means that this year alone, our partnership has supplied one hundred and seventy-one at-risk youth with life-changing guidance, support, and friendship!

According to Megan Semenchuk, the Executive Director of BBBSWI, “FlightHub employees have a true sense of volunteerism, and having them present at our events has created a true sense of unity between our two organizations. The spirit and energy of the employees at FlightHub have always been positive, and such a joy for our own team to be around!”
