A top ski destination for generations and generations. Whistler is perfect for beginners, experts, skiers, snowboarders and even just people looking to enjoy that aprรจs-ski lifestyle. You’ll even find the world’s longest unsupported lift span, the PEAK 2 PEAK gondola, which joins the two mountaintops. Our favourite part of Whistler Blackcomb though is the magnificent fact that you can look out and see snowy mountains and the Pacific Ocean!

2. Zermatt, Switzerland
Anyone who’s ever heard of skiing knows Zermatt. A real-life winter wonderland and a dream for skiers who are looking to check off some of the most challenging slopes in the world. Not only does the ski resort look like something right out of a storybook but you also have some once-in-a-lifetime adventures through the slopes. For those brave enough, you can take a guided ski tour through the French Alps from Zermatt to Chamonix!

A combined ski park offering over 7000 acres of skiable terrain that are mostly intermediate or expert level. With a ski season lasting from June-October, you can manage to ski year-round!

10. St. Anton, Austria
This list wouldn’t be complete without St. Anton. A renowned ski club since 1901 this resort isn’t just an amazing spot for hitting the slopes but you can also check out the charming village in town. Charming shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife make this a perfect winter getaway.
